During your stay at AMAZON NATIVE LODGE. You will be able to discover and interact with different landscapes of our Amazon. We are located in a primary (virgin) jungle with an abundance of flora and fauna and wonderful lakes. Something that makes us different: We are your perfect refuge in nature.
ITINERARY
DAY 01: TRANSFER TO THE LODGE, YAHUAS TRIBE VISIT, JUNGLE RAID.
° Pick up of the guest from their hotel until boarding. From the port we will sail down the Amazon River, which is a trip of approximately 45 minutes by speedboat. We are going to observe the two (2) beautiful and majestic rivers, the Amazon River and the Itaya River and we will be surprised to see the different color of the waters. As we navigate the river, we will try to observe the beautiful pink and gray dolphins that may appear along the way.
° Once we arrive, we will walk 25 minutes (summer time only) through the jungle to reach our lodge. Upon arrival you will be greeted by our friendly staff with our typical traditional welcome drinks made with our local natural fruits.
° Then you will be directed to your respective accommodations and guided by a professional tourist guide who will help you familiarize yourself with our Area.
° Lunch is served at 12 noon.
° In the afternoon we will visit the most important YAHUA indigenous group in our AMAZON, where we will learn their customs and culture of the tribe, as well as their dances and the use of the Cerbatana.
° Make them feel that we are part of their family.
° Then we walked towards the virgin jungle area to observe the giant trees, including one of them the most giant tree in our Amazon, better known as: The king of the trees CEIBA or LUPUNA and the RENACO, GIANT trees and animals in their natural habitat.
° Dinner is served at 7 pm.
° After dinner, we will go for a night walk to look for nocturnal animals in the wildlife. As well as: caymans or alligators in the Lakes, tarantulas, frogs and the largest hualo toad in our Amazon, and other insects, etc.
DÍA 02: FISHING EXPERIENCE AND EXCURSION.
° At 5 am in the morning, live an unforgettable experience by observing the sunrise in the Amazon jungle and different species of birds in their natural habitat, including the most famous and (pre-historic) bird of our Amazon, better known as the SHANSHO. (HOATZIN)
° Breakfast will be served at 7:00 am.
° After breakfast, we will have a very entertaining and fun excursion fishing for different varieties of fish, including the famous piranhas (don't let the piranhas catch you, instead catch one and have it for lunch).
