ITINERARY

DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Arrival in Lima, reception and transfer to the chosen hotel, rest.
Accommodation in Lima.


DAY 02: VISIT COLONIAL AND MODERN LIMA (B)

09:30hrs We begin our tour at the Huaca Pucllana with a panoramic view of this important ceremonial center belonging to the Lima culture. We head towards the center of Lima, passing through the different neighborhoods of San Isidro, Lince and Cercado. We will appreciate the Palace of Justice, Museum of Lima, Museum of Italian Art, French Palace and Plaza San Martin. Our pedestrian visit begins in the Plaza de Armas where in addition to appreciating the Cathedral of Lima, Municipal Palace, Government Palace, Archbishop's Palace; We will have free space to take photos of the attractions. We will enter the Convent of San Francisco and visit one of the main attractions, its catacombs, which are a series of underground passages under the church, where the ancient inhabitants of the city were buried and where the remains of 25,000 people are found. Finally we will have a panoramic view of the Parque del Amor, Pacific Ocean and Larcomar. Return to the hotel.

DAY 03: LIMA / CUSCO - CITY TOUR + ARCHAEOLOGICAL PARK (B)

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport for our departure to Cusco.
Upon arrival, reception and transfer to the chosen hotel.
At 11:40 a.m. we will begin our tour of the City of Cusco. We will visit the Plaza Mayor where most of the buildings preserve the colonial style. Then we will visit the Qoricancha Temple, the maximum expression of Inca architecture, currently the Convent of Santo Domingo. Next we will visit the Cathedral of Cusco, characterized by its Renaissance and colonial style. Finally we will visit the four archaeological centers surrounding Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay. Return to your hotel.

DAY 04: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS (B,L)

Breakfast. 07:30hrs Pick up from the hotel to take the tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. You will visit Pisaq where you will appreciate the archaeological complex, as well as visit the Typical Artisanal Market, where you can buy beautiful crafts. You will continue the journey along the banks of the Vilcanota River, until you reach Urubamba, where you will have an exquisite Buffet lunch. Then you will visit Ollantaytambo, one of the last living Inca towns, its streets maintain the same layout as in the time of the Incas and you will tour the wonderful archaeological complex located there, you will also visit the town of Chinchero, a small Inca and colonial town. Return to Cusco 6:30 p.m. Accommodation in Cusco.


DAY 05: MACHU PICCHU (B,L)

Breakfast. We will go to the Poroy or Ollantaytambo train station according to the season, where we will depart by train to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World. We will arrive at the station in the town of Machu Picchu, where our staff will assist us to board the transport that will ascend through an intricate path, giving us a spectacular view of the Urubamba River that shapes the famous canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will welcome us with its incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial enclosures and urban areas. The energy emanating from all over the place. After a guided tour, we will have lunch at one of the restaurants in the area. At the appropriate time, we will take the train to take us to Ollantaytambo and then move to the city of Cusco.

DAY 06: SEVEN COLORS VINICUNCA MOUNTAIN (B,L)

At 4:00 a.m. pick up passengers and transfer to the foothills of Nevado Ausangate to begin the tour to the 7 Colors Mountain. We will make a stop in the town of Cusipata to have breakfast. After a brief talk we will begin the 3-hour walk with a professional guide. Along the way we will learn about the different customs and mysticism that the Andean mountain range hides. DAY 07: DEPARTURE FROM CUSCO (B)

Breakfast. Coordinated time, transfer to Cusco airport to board the flight back to the city of Lima or country of origin.

RESERVATION POLICY

Due to suppliers' reservation policies, we require:
Individuals: Complete passenger data 31 days before the start of services.
Groups: Preliminary passenger list 60 days before the group's arrival.


PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment for services must be made before the arrival of passengers according to the following deadlines:
Individuals: 30 days before the start of services.
Groups: 60 days before the start of services (50% of the total amount), 30 days before (50% of the total amount).
Deposits or prepayments may be required for non-conventional programs or during special events or by provider policies. The agency will inform immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Individual: With less than 30 days, expenses could be charged depending on the policies of our suppliers.
Groups: No cancellation fee up to 60 days before the passengers' arrival. From 59 to 30 days before the group's arrival, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. From 29 to 15 days before the group's arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Less than 15 days before the group's arrival, 100% cancellation fees will be charged.No Show: In case of cancellation or no show, NON-REFUNDABLE.


BILLING POLICY

The issuance of invoices to Peruvian passengers will be taxed with VAT, breaking down the unaffected and exempt services according to the Law. The exempted services – Amazon Law – will be re-invoiced exempted, for the same amount incurred in the settlement. The issuance of invoices to foreign passengers will be made in the name of the passenger directly for the total amount. The retail agency is obliged to invoice for its commission and incentives. In the event that the agency requires an invoice in the name of its company, the value of the 18% VAT will be added, since the exemption only corresponds to non-domiciled natural or legal persons.


RESPONSIBILITIES

The agency limits its liability for reimbursement for services not provided and non-compliance with the services contracted by us. Nativo Inca cannot be held responsible for injuries, losses, accidents, delays or irregularities caused by omission or negligence on the part of the companies or individuals that provide or conduct transportation, lodging or other related services, nor for natural phenomena, diseases, war. , quarantine, strikes, or by interventions by the Police, customs or health regulations or other factors beyond their control. The agency reserves the right to change any tour or excursion if it considers it necessary to provide better service. Nativo Inca is not responsible for visa or vaccination procedures.
